Honestly, DXRacer has been amazing! The chair is so comfortable, It’s perfect for both working from home and gaming. It arrived in perfect condition, and I’m seriously 100% happy with it. The setup was super easy thanks to clear instructions. I had a small issue with the delivery, but their customer service was super easy to reach and really helped me out. All in all, amazing product and great support. Totally recommend it!

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.
