The chair is decent. I am happy with it and the seat design. I'm not too fond of the gaming chairs that have sides that push into your hips. This seat is nice all the way across.

If you're not very heavy, the cushioning might feel a bit firm. Personal experience: I bought the XL version and initially doubted if it would be too big. However, it would have been a mistake to get the regular size, especially since I'm tall, have long legs, and am on the heavier side. So, it's really important to consider who will be using the chair before making a decision.

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
