The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

As a guy who's spent a lot of time in front of a desk, putting in 8-14 hour days, I've gone through a few chairs that just didn’t hold up to the task. And honestly, the hype is real. The chair was delivered quickly, the assembly process was smooth and felt solid, and the quality was evident from the start. The Tank series chair is a game-changer. Whether I’m sitting upright working, gaming, or even kicking back to relax, the support is spot on. I’ve already put in a couple of 14-hour days, and I feel way better than I did with my old chairs. The fully reclined position is comfortable enough to catch some sleep, and the magnetic pillow is crazy soft and plush. If you’re in front of a desk all day like me, this chair is definitely worth it.

Delivery, packaging and assembly were excellent and there was no drop in quality. Recommended purchase and good value for money.
