I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I've been using this chair for over 1 month now. It's the most comfortable chair I've ever worked long periods of time at a desk at. . Looks nice, it feels pretty sturdy, would buy again. Company very nice.

Delivery was exceptionally fast. Ordered on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday. It is very comfortable to sit on. Well packaged with no breakage or external defects. Solid workmanship.
