The chair arrived a bit late but completely understand due to the COVID-19 situation cannot blame and it took about 30 mins to assemble, no missing or damaged parts. My wife and myself are using it both for work or gaming and it's just amazing.

When it comes to an epic gaming experience, every element matters, and that includes where you plant yourself for those long gaming/work sessions. I have back and neck problems, and the adjustable lumbar support and the neck pillow are amazing. The chair was easy to put together.
