Bought this for my son, who works from home so spends a lot of time at his desk. He loves it! It's super comfortable and his back and legs are no longer giving him problems!

The height and tension adjusting on the chair works great, I found the exact perfect spot for someone my height and haven't had to adjust either of these since, very happy with this! The armrests are incredibly durable.

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
