Super comfortable. I use this chair almost every day for extended period of times. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the hefty price.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).

First off, shipping was extremely fast. I was to assemble it in less than 20 minutes because the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. It feels sturdy and safe. Overall, it has amazing customer service and this chair is great value.

Overall, I'm very happy with it. It's roomy enough for me, but the neck and back support are not ideally positioned, at least for my height.
