I bought this chair for my boyfriend, he said that it's the most comfortable chair he's ever had. Overall, this item surpassed my expectations in a big way. Definitely recommend buying!

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).

The chair is simple to operate. The chair was initially quite comfortable for me to sit in.
