The chair looks very solid and stable from the very first moment, so you don't have to worry about the workmanship. When you sit on it, it's a real treat for your body and the supplied cushion provides excellent support for your lower back, and the head cushion is also a nice feature when reclining.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I recently bought a Master chair for my desk, after my partner highly recommended it. I’d been using a dinner chair as my desk chair for over a year, which caused me some back pain.
