Great for long sessions playing games or even doing work. I love that the lumbar support is adjustable, as well as the neck pillow. Very comfortable!

Easy to assemble. The lumbar cushion and neck pillow are filled with foam. Sitting is very comfortable, even for a long time (10 hours +).
