There were no issues with the packaging or shipping. The chair was not damaged or ripped and I had a very easy time putting it together. The only problems are cosmetic and do not affect the functionality of the chair. The white triangles on the chair back are slightly misaligned and there are some imperfections in the material and stitching. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and can look past the cosmetics.
