A really nice looking chair that is very comfortable. Whether I'm gaming or working from home for hours on end, I don't have any pains. The lumbar cushion included is a bonus.

Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.
