Shipping was super fast. The chair has held up well so far. My only real complaint is the back support should be firmer as it compresses over a long session.

Todo funciona como se esperaba. Como un hombre bastante alto (1.90 m), esta silla es exactamente lo que estaba buscando. Es muy personalizable, tiene mucho espacio, y el servicio de atención al cliente fue extremadamente amable y útil cuando necesité reemplazar una pieza que se me rompió durante el ensamblaje.

Great chair. I’m 6’1 300 pounds so I’m a pretty large guy. This chair has held up easily with no issues. This one has been a great investment so far.
