Took me about 25min to put together. The lumbar support and neck pillow are both comfortable and easy to adjust.

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.

Before I bought my DXRacer my back always hurt. Very comfortable with great support. I've had my chair for a couple of months now with noticeably less back pain.
