It's the first chair I've owned that my elbows rest comfortably while I am sitting up straight (I'm about 6'1). The chair itself goes up and down and leans back smoothly.

I like this chair. When compared to other, cheaper chairs, this one feels much more sturdy, and even leaning backward doesn't make it uncomfortable. Also, putting everything together took me no more than half an hour at most.
