The height and tension adjusting on the chair works great, I found the exact perfect spot for someone my height and haven't had to adjust either of these since, very happy with this! The armrests are incredibly durable.

Clear instructions. The manual included a QR code that, when scanned, took me to a video of the chair's assembly process. From all that work (it isn’t a lot of work to assemble the chair, but just keep going with the story here) of assembling the chair. This chair can provide more comfort. Love it.
