Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The chair is more comfortable than I expected. It encourages you to sit upright while working but also allows you to relax a bit in a "less ergonomic" position when needed. Pros: The quality meets the expectations for a brand like this (and the price). The lumbar support is noticeable even in its lowest position, which helps improve posture. Things to consider: There aren't many downsides, unless you're very picky. The armrests feel slightly loose, though this is understandable given their range of motion. If you're not very heavy, the cushioning might feel a bit firm. Personal experience: I bought the XL version and initially doubted if it would be too big. However, it would have been a mistake to get the regular size, especially since I'm tall, have long legs, and am on the heavier side. So, it's really important to consider who will be using the chair before making a decision.

The armrests can be adjusted in height and the backrest can be reclined far back. The cushions provide excellent support and help me sit up straight, which can be pleasant for the back. The seat cushion is made of cold-cure foam and looks very classy.

Really nice quality chair for the money. It's very comfortable, easy to put together, and well-designed. This feels better than the office chair that I spent double the price on.
