I have owned a DXrRacer since 2018 and have really liked that chair. After so long, I had broken the lumbar system and started to really wear out the upholstery so I've been looking for a replacement. I was not disappointed. After a long time, I broke the back system and the upholstery became pretty worn out, so I've been trying to get a new one. I wasn't disappointed. But, for the several hundred dollars difference I can't complain about any of it.

I had an issue with my chair, but the team sorted it out under warranty without any hassle. The service was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. You can trust them to take care of you!

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
