I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I've never been happier with an office chair than I am now! This chair is awesome! It has amazing lumbar support, super comfy padded arms.

The upholstery of the DXRacer is of the highest quality. Both the seat and the backrest are pleasantly soft and yet offer sufficient firmness. Even after hours of sitting, I don't feel any discomfort or signs of fatigue.
