Looks great, feels like a quality product, The lumbar support is great for long sessions of paperwork or playing games. So far I've had no issues and have been really happy with my purchase.

Chair was easy to put together, two people make it quick and easy.Chair is comfortable and appears well made, solid and heavy.Delivery was fast and boxes arrived in good condition.Packaging is great molded foam and parts are very well protected.
