The chair was very easy to assemble. Adjusting the chair to my liking took a bit of trial and error but well worth it. I am SO glad I purchased this chair for my work from home office. My neck and back pain were alleviated within days of using the chair. I feel like it makes you sit straighter and have better posture. Well worth the money for all the ergonomic features!
