Nice chair, looks very sharp. Assembly should have been easy, but we had a hard time balancing everything together to get the screws in. The only real negative for me is that it doesn't drop down low enough. I am 5'2' and on it's lowest setting I can't reach the floor. Will probably give it to a taller family member.

All the pieces and parts were packaged with care. Everything went together perfectly. The chair has great adjustable lumbar support and it's so comfortable. I use this chair approximately 8 to 10 hours a day with no issues. It's been about 2 weeks now since I ordered the chair. So far, its amazing. This is a great chair and in my opinion it's definitely worth the price.
