The chair's overall design has ergonomics in mind. It gives me a good back support. The pillows on the neck and waist offer great support.

The material is super premium feeling. The chair is awesome! It is very solid and you can clearly feel the quality. I have the same experience as when I bought $500 chair.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model.
