I purchased this chair because I work for long hours and I need a comfortable and nice-looking product. I have been using this for months and I can say that I am still happy with it!

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. If you're looking for parts, the links can be found in the FAQ question: "If my chair's warranty has expired and I need to purchase corresponding parts, what should I do?"

Really nice quality chair for the money. It's very comfortable, easy to put together, and well-designed. This feels better than the office chair that I spent double the price on.
