I have been struggling with a work supplied office chair when working from home, supposedly featuring lumbar support, the chairs was hard, poorly made and rickety. The chair's functionality is top-notch. The height and armrest adjustments help me maintain a healthy posture and reduce stress on my neck and shoulders. It allows me to customize it according to my preferences.

Just a great chair all around. I WFH and am sitting all day so need something quality. I would add massaging and heat in the future designs.
