I got this chair a few weeks ago and it is a good chair. Assembled it myself with no trouble. Cushion is on the hard side which I like because of my back problems. The only down side is that the knob to adjust the back cushion height slips fairly frequently.

The wheels glide quietly. It's really comfortable and have no problems if I sit in it for hours on it.
