Took about 30 minutes to put together, very easy. Super comfortable and the massage feature was a nice touch. My only issue is now my wife wants to steal my new chair and give me her old one.

All the pieces and parts were packaged with care. Everything went together perfectly. The chair has great adjustable lumbar support and it's so comfortable. I use this chair approximately 8 to 10 hours a day with no issues. It's been about 2 weeks now since I ordered the chair. So far, its amazing. This is a great chair and in my opinion it's definitely worth the price.
