Height-adjustable armrests allow very high and low settings. It can be adjusted in many different directions, making it easy to find the optimum sitting position.

It's been around a month since I've purchased this chair, and it's both extremely comfortable as well as ergonomic. My back used to have a lot of pain from sitting and playing a lot of games, my old chair had no support for my neck or my lower back.
