Everything went very well, very good website, Clear and fast communication via e-mail, fast delivery but the most important the quality of the Chair is great! The Price/Quality ratio is even better. I would look no further A+++++

It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier. I'm really happy with this new chair and I'm looking forward to using it for years to come!
