The packaging was a bit extreme (the box was way to large for the contents inside the box. Assembly was very simple. No complaints yet.

The material seems very high quality. This chair has exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect combination of firm and soft. I can sit for hours without hurting and when I need a break. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quality comfortable chair for long hour use!

The nicest part of this chair, in my opinion, is the lumbar support and adjustable headrest.
