I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. This chair is overall great. It looks sleek and clean in my space, has fantastic lumbar support.

The delivery was incredibly fast. Premium packaging, easy to read and follow instructions and an amazing quality product. The chair itself is outstanding—honestly, the best gaming chair I’ve ever had. I can't see myself going with any other brand now; I'm even thinking about collecting more of these chairs! Overall, I’d give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it!
