Well Build, strong, Ergonomic chair. Delivered on time. The package was hard boxed and well packed. The pieces were also well put in smaller box. Need 2 people to setup. Overall a good gaming chair

Easy to assemble. The lumbar cushion and neck pillow are filled with foam. Sitting is very comfortable, even for a long time (10 hours +).
