I purchased this product for the lumbar support. And it turns out that the lumbar support is firm enough to bring me a good experience. In short, love this chair.

Some people may think the armrests are too short, but for me, the highest height is more than enough for me to play games. The lumbar cushion strikes a balance between softness and firmness, and it remains fixed in position even when you change your posture.

Very easy to assemble, sturdy and comfortable. I had a DXracer chair before (forgot the model) and they do last pretty long. But the price is a little steep on this model and I am not sure if I would recommend this one
