I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. The chair is high quality and has really good comfort. The assembly was super easy. I managed it on my own without any problems.

This chair is quite comfortable. The back support as well as the sitting support is excellent. Must say, quality received is surprising given the customer-friendly price of purchase. On top, it bloody looks good in my studio. Well done!
