I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. It's been around a month since I've purchased this chair, and it's both extremely comfortable as well as ergonomic. My back used to have a lot of pain from sitting and playing a lot of games, my old chair had no support for my neck or my lower back. If you find yourself sitting for more than 2 hours at a time to play games I would recommend DX racer chairs in a heartbeat.
