with the shift to working from home, i started using my dining room (and a chair) as my new office. Because of the BAD ergonomics, i started getting carpel tunnel pain on my left hand, and some back pain. with this new chair, (and after just 2 weeks), both issues have been fading.

I had a smooth experience ordering my new chair from Dxracer. I chose the Guild Wars 2 edition, and it arrived in 4-5 days, with FedEx providing updates the entire time. The chair is really comfortable, and the XL size worked well for me. My roommate also tried it out and plans to order one for himself.
