As good as advertised; now I just have to make myself take 15 minute 'power naps' in the afternoon, as I have both the head rest & lumbar rest components; top quality & very sturdy thus far.

Perfect packaging. The entire chair is filled with premium components. It's a bit firm but very comfortable. The only thing I miss is having wheels with brakes to use with racing simulator pedals, but no chairs come with them, and they have to be purchased separately from third-party sellers.
