A extremely well designed chair, all the adjustments from armrests, height, seat positioning, neckrest and most importantly the Lumbar Support are exactly what I was looking for and needed.

First off, shipping was extremely fast. I was to assemble it in less than 20 minutes because the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. It feels sturdy and safe. Overall, it has amazing customer service and this chair is great value.
