So far so good. The lumbar support is very good and the adjustability works well for my height (5'5"). Too soon to tell, but the chair may have contributed to the reduction in back pain from spondy.

I am not disappointed. The chair is very comfortable. I can make several adjustments to fit my needs. The assembly was easy and easy to follow.
