My upper back issues were mainly related to the use of a mouse for my job. Since I got my chair, I have felt much better and been able to sit longer. This chair is very comfortable.

The assembly of this gaming chair was a breeze. This chair is really comfortable! Just sitting on the seat, which is not too soft nor too firm, is a wonderful experience.
