The chair is extremely comfortable: head rest and the lumbar support make it the most comfortable chair in the house. Very good design overall.

In terms of stitching and cutting, the quality is second to none; it looks great! I also really like the neck and back cushions; they're supportive. I love these armrests and how they work. Not only are they of superior quality, but they are also quite solid. When you tilt the backrest to the rear, it locks into place securely and provides sturdy support!
