Very comfortable, except too much pressure on the back of the thighs making your legs go numb. Headrest is nicely adjustable.

The material is super premium feeling. The chair is awesome! It is very solid and you can clearly feel the quality. I have the same experience as when I bought $500 chair.

But now I'm realizing it: This chair wants to make me healthy! Lumbar cushions, neck cushions... Things you don't find on a normal office chair! Comfortable, supportive... unusual! My body has always been more "hunchback at the top, hollow back at the bottom"! Now the chair is trying to correct both!
