I enjoy the headrest, especially in those kick-back moments when I recline the chair and put my feet up on the desk. It takes a bit of force to change its position, but I have no trouble now that I'm used to it.

All the pieces and parts were packaged with care. Everything went together perfectly. The chair has great adjustable lumbar support and it's so comfortable. I use this chair approximately 8 to 10 hours a day with no issues. It's been about 2 weeks now since I ordered the chair. So far, its amazing. This is a great chair and in my opinion it's definitely worth the price.
