As a bigger guy (5'11", 300 pounds) who loves to game, I really wanted a comfortable, strong chair for my desk, and this delivered. It looks great and the directions were fairly simple.

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!
