It's been over one week since I got it and I like it so far. it helps a lot to relax back and shoulders. There's a small pillow, works as back support when I sit and when I lie down I can use it as a pillow to support my neck.

Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.
