The leather feels soft and smooth compare to regular office chair, i like the reclining more than others. i can lay down when i feel tried. overall, it is a nice chair. Like it

Overall, I'm very happy with it. It's roomy enough for me, but the neck and back support are not ideally positioned, at least for my height.

All the pieces and parts were packaged with care. Everything went together perfectly. The chair has great adjustable lumbar support and it's so comfortable. I use this chair approximately 8 to 10 hours a day with no issues. It's been about 2 weeks now since I ordered the chair. So far, its amazing. This is a great chair and in my opinion it's definitely worth the price.
