The chair is very comfortable! its the first time i get to have my very own gaming chair (actually its the first time i have a comfortable chair at all) and it feels great.

Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.
