The pillows sit nicely behind my head and lower back. The chair feels very sturdy. I think it will last a long time. Overall, a great product. Highly recommend.

My previous chair (a different brand) only lasted a year after one foot broke off. The chair also squeaked when I sat on it. I had my doubts about getting another gaming chair, but I am very happy with this one. I sit well and the chair doesn't squeak.
