The chair is comfortable with great support. It’s firm but the back pillow support is adjustable and you can place it exactly where you need it.

I just finished putting it together; it probably took me half an hour or so. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair.

Two of my friends have a DXRacer chair, and they both recommended it to me. Definitely the best decision! It feels like such great quality. I had a chair from Amazon before, and it was awful. This one is super comfortable and sturdy, and I can tell it’ll last me a long time.
