I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Super fast shipping, easy to assemble. Only had it a few days but I can already tell my back is getting a lot of relief. Cute pink color!

So far, I’m really digging this chair—my buddies have some, so I’m confident it’s gonna hold up for a few years. The instructions were solid, but the assembly video was a game changer since I’m more of a see-it-to-get-it kinda guy. Only hiccup was the delivery guy dropped it off at the wrong apartment building, and the box was very heavy to move.
