I can adjust everything to suit my needs, the cushions are very comfortable, and the tall back with the neck rest is great when I need to lean back and relax a little.

I like this chair. When compared to other, cheaper chairs, this one feels much more sturdy, and even leaning backward doesn't make it uncomfortable. Also, putting everything together took me no more than half an hour at most.
